How we can work together

Some of the things that life throws at us can be very difficult to navigate through, leaving us feeling worried, anxious and sometimes detached.

Therapy is a safe and confidential space to help you explore your concerns. It can take great courage to acknowledge the need for support and reaching out for help, seeking therapy can be the hardest step to take. Together we will work towards identifying what is on your mind and develop the tools to help tackle any obstacles that may be getting in your way.

Hi, I’m Rachel

A BACP Registered Therapist.

My role as a therapist is to offer support, guidance and tools to help you feel empowered, find your voice and make affirming choices that will strengthen your own well-being and relationships with others so that in turn you can find happiness, contentment and balance in all aspects of your life.

I firmly believe that the quality of your relationship with yourself and others strongly influences the quality of your life.
