Together we will work towards identifying what is on your mind and develop the tools to help tackle any obstacles that may be getting in your way.

My role as a therapist is to offer support, guidance and tools to help you feel empowered, find your voice and make affirming choices that will strengthen your own well-being and relationships with others so that in turn you can find happiness, contentment and balance in all aspects of your life.
I firmly believe that the quality of your relationship with yourself and others strongly influences the quality of your life.
