Why Therapy?

Sometimes choosing to begin therapy can be the hardest step to take. It can take great courage to acknowledge the need for support and ask for help. Many questions may run through our minds during this process. “Do I really need therapy?” “Are my problems even worth speaking about?” And this is normal to feel this way but I can assure you that despite feeling this way I encourage you to reach out as often times these emotions are indicative of how therapy can actually help us.

Some of the things that life throws at us can be very difficult to navigate through, leaving us feeling worried, anxious and sometimes detached. Everyone struggles, and all of us, at some point or another, need support.

Therapy is a safe and confidential space to help explore your concerns. This is a place to find healing, growth and renewal and to get the support you need and deserve.

I conduct face to face sessions which are held in a cosy therapy room.

Online Sessions are conducted via a secure Zoom link to safeguard your privacy.
